Listing an Event or Publication on Conserve & Connect
To list a new event or publication on The Conservation Directory, please follow these steps:
1. Register an Account

Visit Conserve & Connect and click on the "Sign In" option.

If you do not have an account, select the option to register as a new user.

Complete the registration form with your details and submit.
2. Access the Submission Portal

Once logged in, navigate to your user dashboard.

Locate and select the "Add Listing" or "Submit New Content" option.
3. Choose the Listing Type

Select the appropriate category for your submission:

Event: For seminars, workshops, conferences, or exhibitions related to heritage building conservation.

Publication: For books, journals, articles, or reports pertinent to the field.

4. Complete the Submission Form

Fill out the form with accurate and detailed information:

For Events:

Title: Name of the event.

Date and Time: Specify the event's schedule.

Description: A comprehensive overview of the event's purpose, agenda, and target audience.

Organizer Contact Information: Details for attendees to reach out with inquiries.

Registration Link: URL for event sign-up or ticket purchase.

For Publications:

Title: Name of the publication.

Author(s): List of contributors.

Publication Date: Release date.

ISBN/ISSN: International Standard Book Number or International Standard Serial Number.

Summary: A brief overview of the content.

Description: An in-depth synopsis, highlighting key themes and relevance.

Publisher: Name of the publishing entity.

Purchase Link: URL where the publication can be obtained.

5. Review and Submit

6. Await Approval

The Conserve & Connect team will review your submission to ensure it aligns with our guidelines and standards.
